Benign Tumors
Tumors are irregular growths in your body. They are of extra cells. Usually, old cells die, and new ones take their place. At times, though, this process goes wrong. New cells form even when you don't require them, and old cells don't die when they should. When these extra cells form a group, it is called a tumor.
Tumors may be either benign or malignant. Malignant is cancer but benign is not cancer. Benign tumors grow just in one place. They cannot spread or invade other part of your body. Even so, they can be unsafe if they press on very important organs, such your brain.
